Emily Malin

Hi I am Emily Malin (Muh-lean) and I am glad you are here!

I am a first-generation college student from Springfield, MO, and hold degrees in Psychology and Higher Education Administration. I am a mom, partner, aunt, Alpha Xi, Catholic, and Girl Scout.

I have been an academic advisor for 15+ years. I worked in residence life, student activities, food service, biology lab, teaching, secret shopper, and wholesale business. I have experience at a community college, a small liberal arts college, an urban university, and a large public research university (KU)!

I enjoy helping students realize their goals. I think it is important for students to get connected at KU in a way that is developmental and meaningful. How may I help you?
