Biography —
Sarah Dees serves as a Senior Academic Advisor, supporting graduate students as they navigate their academic and professional pathways. She first joined the University of Kansas as an undergraduate advisor in the School of Business, where she guided students in achieving their academic goals.
Before coming to KU, Sarah spent ten years as a secondary school counselor supporting middle and high school students in their academic and social–emotional development. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and a master’s degree from the University of Oklahoma.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys traveling—especially to National Parks—and spending time with her husband and kids. She also likes watching sitcoms and dramas, reading, attending sporting events, and visiting family.
